We are an independently owned family run health and fitness centre. As a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA) we pride ourselves in our high standards and boast a Fitness team who are all REP’S registered.

Target exists to help you maintain a state of well being, to feel good in body, mind and spirit and to help you get the most out of life whatever your age.

Enter into Target and be greeted by its friendly staff, the clean and spacious surroundings of the reception area lead you to a large, bright and well designed gymnasium offering an extensive range of excellent quality equipment. Amongst the members you will find dedicated and highly qualified REP’S registered fitness instructors who are there to motivate and help you get the best out of your membership.

Our changing rooms, sauna and steamroom are all fitted out and maintained to the highest standards.

On the first floor the studio offers a wide range of classes to suit all abilities.

The beauty rooms at Target have numerous therapies on offer to members and non-members.

Our function room is available for a number of different uses and the bar and social area provides a welcome place to relax in after a workout.
